Vice President of Operations Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the performance, profitability, quality, and scalability of its interpreting, translation, and vendor management functions. The role oversees departmental leaders, establishes clear accountability and operating rhythms, and translates organizational priorities into measurable plans. Responsibilities include improving service delivery, capacity planning, workflows, vendor network performance, client experience, and operational efficiency while protecting quality and margins. The VP will partner with finance and other teams on budgets, metrics, reporting, systems, and process improvements, and develop managers to lead their teams effectively. Candidates must have prior leadership experience within a language services provider and at least seven years of progressive operations management experience, including responsibility for multiple functions and department leaders. Strong knowledge of interpreting, translation, vendor management, and service delivery economics is required, along with a record of improving margins, efficiency, quality, and scalable execution. The role also calls for experience with operational budgets, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decisions, as well as strong coaching, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with spoken-language and ASL interpreting, institutional clients, EOS, or workflow technology is preferred.
