Vice President of People

The Company is seeking a Vice President of People to lead its global People function and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities include shaping organizational strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management; developing the People team; and strengthening hiring, performance, leadership development, and employee experience programs. The role oversees employee relations, global compensation and benefits, People operations, compliance, and collaboration with Finance on headcount planning. The VP will also help build an inclusive, connected culture across a distributed workforce and use AI, technology, and data to make People programs more effective and scalable. The ideal candidate brings significant experience leading People functions in high-growth, venture-backed environments, preferably in technology or SaaS, and can connect people decisions to business outcomes. They should have broad expertise across organizational design, talent strategy, total rewards, performance management, and employee relations, along with experience supporting global teams and navigating employment requirements across countries. Strong communication, sound judgment, change leadership, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution are essential. An AI-forward mindset and experience building or improving workflows with technology are also valued.
