Vice President, Procurement

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Procurement to establish and lead a centralized procurement function across its global entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a procurement organization, developing and implementing procurement strategies, and overseeing all aspects of the procurement process. This includes strategic sourcing, category management, and the development of supplier partnerships. The role requires a leader who can enforce procurement policies, ensure compliance, and deliver cost-effective purchasing that supports the company's growth. The Vice President, Procurement will also be instrumental in shaping the company's procurement systems and processes, and will be expected to report on performance and compliance to the executive team. Candidates for the Vice President, Procurement position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. A proven track record in building or centralizing procurement in a multi-entity organization, particularly one that has grown through acquisitions, is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology categories, including IT hardware, software, SaaS, and telecom, and a background in an IT solutions provider or managed services company. Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment, as well as familiarity with procurement and ERP systems, is preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a diverse team and work effectively across international operations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or professional certification being a plus.
