Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead Finance, control, treasury, reporting, and governance across its international operations. The CFO will strengthen and scale financial processes, internal controls, and management information, while providing clear insight into financial performance, cash flow, and working capital to support decision-making. Responsibilities include standardizing financial systems and working methods, leading and developing the Finance organization, and advising senior leadership and shareholders on growth, investment, and financing. Candidates should have an academic-level background, preferably with RA and/or RC qualifications, and experience as a CFO or Finance Director in an entrepreneurial, fast-growing organization. They should bring expertise in finance professionalization, process improvement, governance, and management information development. The role calls for strategic and analytical strength alongside a practical, hands-on approach and strong business presence. Experience or affinity with logistics, supply chain, or another operational environment is an advantage.
