Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead its next phase of growth and professionalization. As a co-director and strategic partner to the CEO, the CFO will oversee Finance, IT, and Legal while strengthening financial and operational performance management. Responsibilities include improving visibility into commercial results, project margins, cash conversion, and returns; challenging assumptions; and helping leaders take timely action to meet business goals. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, requiring engagement with customers, projects, data, and operations, as well as effective collaboration with shareholders, founders, board members, and financiers. Candidates should have an academic education and at least 10 years of broad financial experience, including several years in a CFO or comparable role with ultimate financial responsibility. Experience in professional services, digital, IT, or technology businesses is important, particularly familiarity with project-based, human-capital-intensive operations and metrics such as utilization, pricing, and project returns. Candidates should bring expertise in business control, cash management, forecasting, and performance management, along with experience in both project-based and recurring-revenue models. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, analytical ability, decisiveness, communication skills, and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach are essential; private equity, transaction, and digitalization experience are advantageous.
