Vice President, Finance & Accounting

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Accounting to lead its corporate finance function and serve as a strategic partner to executive and operational leaders. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal controls, audit support, tax coordination, and business analysis. The role will develop budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range financial models, and performance dashboards to support growth and decision-making. It will also partner with operations to improve profitability, cost control, labor productivity, forecasting accuracy, and project execution, while leading and developing the finance team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a CPA and/or MBA is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility in a multisite environment, is required. Applicants should bring experience across financial close and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, tax coordination, internal controls, and management reporting. Strong systems aptitude, including familiarity with ERP, project accounting, reporting, and business intelligence tools, is expected; process automation or system implementation experience is preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
