Vice President, Portfolio Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Portfolio Operations to partner closely with portfolio company CEOs and leadership teams. The role involves embedding within businesses during periods of transition, growth, or operational complexity to set priorities, solve business challenges, and drive execution. Between assignments, the Vice President will collaborate with portfolio operations and investment teams on initiatives focused on revenue growth, pricing, sales effectiveness, and operational improvement. The position calls for a hands-on leader who can build trust quickly and deliver practical results. Candidates should bring a strong strategy consulting toolkit, practical operating experience, and exceptional analytical capabilities. The role also requires the interpersonal maturity to work effectively with senior executives and the flexibility to take on interim leadership support assignments.
