Vice President of Product & Business Platforms

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product & Business Platforms to lead the strategy, optimization, and integration of core business systems. Responsibilities include designing scalable workflows, automating manual processes, and aligning platform capabilities with business outcomes such as efficiency, speed, and margin. The role will oversee data structures, reporting, metrics, and dashboards to provide leaders with timely, actionable insights. It will also guide the adoption of AI capabilities across workflows and partner with functional leaders to develop solutions that support organizational growth. Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in platforms, systems, or operations, with deep expertise in enterprise systems and a strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows. Experience leading system optimization and platform transformation is required; familiarity with data, reporting, or AI-enabled systems is preferred. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, action-oriented problem solver who can bring structure to ambiguous challenges and develop scalable solutions. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to work strategically and operationally, are essential.
