Head of Total Rewards

The Company is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to build and lead its total rewards function. The role oversees the design, development, implementation, and communication of compensation, benefits, payroll, human capital management operations, and people operations compliance. The successful candidate will assess current practices, address gaps, set strategic direction, and execute improvements that strengthen capabilities, programs, controls, and service delivery. This hands-on leader will also guide a growing team and support the broader business and people function. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive total rewards experience, including five or more years leading teams and enterprise-wide programs at director level or above. Deep expertise in compensation and benefits is required, including executive compensation, equity, and incentive design, along with experience in a publicly traded company. Applicants should also demonstrate success in evaluating, rebuilding, or significantly advancing a function, with measurable improvements to programs, controls, and service.
