Vice President, Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis to serve as the senior finance partner to commercial leadership. This role will translate business strategies into financial plans, investment decisions, operating targets, and actionable recommendations across retail, real estate, wholesale, international expansion, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reviews, and financial analysis for store operations, customer accounts, new markets, and partnership opportunities. The Vice President will guide investment and fleet decisions, strengthen reporting and planning processes, and build and develop a high-performing commercial finance team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience, including senior leadership in a multi-unit retail or consumer business. Required expertise includes store-level profitability, real estate underwriting, capital allocation, wholesale economics, customer profitability, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate can turn complex analysis into clear executive recommendations and has experience developing teams and improving planning, business intelligence, or management reporting. Strong communication, executive presence, cross-functional influence, accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
