Vice President, Americas Securities Settlements Greater Baltimore, MD Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead a significant part of its Americas securities settlements operations, including settlement activity and related operational and regulatory risk. The role oversees a team and supporting resources, maintains controls for settlement fails, breaks, and inventory management, and ensures adherence to applicable settlement regulations. The Vice President will advance operational transformation and efficiency, set team direction, and manage talent development and succession planning. The position also requires close partnership with business stakeholders to shape strategy, support client service, and resolve operational issues. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in securities settlements or a related operations function, including team management or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. settlement processes, systems, and markets is required, along with experience in Reg SHO and Rule 204 processes and their associated risks. Applicants should demonstrate sound risk judgment, strong organizational and stakeholder-management abilities, and the communication skills to explain complex workflows and risk impacts clearly. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools is also required.
