Head of Services

The Company is seeking a Head of Services to plan, direct, and supervise the comprehensive operation of a service unit. The role is responsible for maintaining facility operations, managing resources efficiently, meeting budget targets, and delivering high-quality service. The successful candidate will lead operational teams and coordinate kitchen, service, general services, and maintenance staff. Responsibilities also include overseeing event logistics, inventory, invoicing, suppliers, and quality practices. Candidates must hold a professional degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Culinary Arts, and have at least three years of leadership experience in hospitality, catering, recreational, social club, or related operations. Experience managing operational teams and knowledge of budgets, cost control, revenue, expenses, inventory, invoicing, and supplier management are required. Applicants should also understand event operations, Good Manufacturing Practices, and quality management. Strong leadership, planning, service orientation, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential.
