Associate Vice President, Senior Software Engineer

The Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain applications supporting back-office operations. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, reusing existing components, and producing technical documentation, test plans, and user guides. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, user acceptance coordination, and technical support. The engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders and other teams, follow development standards, and may contribute to project management. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience across the software development lifecycle, including both Waterfall and Agile practices, and experience in banking or financial institutions. Required technical skills include C#, VB.NET, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Access; experience with test-driven development and continuous integration is also expected. Applicants should understand corporate and investment banking processes across regions, with experience in asset management and monitoring. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required; hands-on use of AI coding tools and the ability to establish responsible practices for their use in regulated environments are also important.
