Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to translate its strategy and vision into measurable outcomes, milestones, and KPIs. The role leads Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Care, and Operations, while overseeing company-wide objectives and key results. Responsibilities include tracking and delivering a three-year plan across markets, improving objective completion rates, and using data-driven decisions to support organizational growth. The VP will also strengthen planning, reporting, and meeting processes, reduce operational overhead, and ensure teams have the resources and support to perform effectively. Candidates should have senior leadership experience, such as VP or Managing Director, leading teams of at least 20 employees or multiple teams using an objectives-based approach. They need more than five years of e-commerce experience, ideally in direct-to-consumer and startup or scale-up environments, along with a record of scaling organizations and improving financial and operational KPIs. Strong expertise in finance, supply chain, budgeting, forecasting, process optimization, standard operating procedures, and objectives and key results is required. Experience implementing and increasing adoption of work-management systems, plus fluent German and good English, is also expected.
