Dean, College of Arts & Sciences

The Company seeks an accomplished, collaborative, and forward-looking Dean to serve as the chief academic and executive officer of its College of Arts and Sciences. The Dean will unite departments and programs around a shared vision, build strong teams, support academic leaders, and foster interdisciplinary engagement. Working with faculty, staff, students, alumni, senior leadership, and community partners, the Dean will advance strategic priorities and advocate for the liberal arts and sciences. The role also includes strengthening student recruitment, retention, experiential learning, undergraduate research, career preparation, and post-graduate outcomes. The Dean will champion research, scholarship, creative activity, community engagement, and collaboration, while supporting efforts to secure external funding. Candidates should bring a record of senior academic leadership and the ability to develop and communicate a compelling vision across a broad range of disciplines.
