The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, AI Strategy to support the adoption and scaling of artificial intelligence capabilities across the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating AI initiatives across business and technology teams, shaping intake requirements and prioritization, developing business cases, and tracking projects from ideation through implementation. The role will help translate business needs into product and platform priorities, assess AI deployment approaches, and support governance, metrics, and program reviews. It will also prepare executive communications and reporting, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and identify opportunities to improve AI adoption and business impact. Candidates should bring strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences. A solid understanding of enterprise data, AI deployment models, business requirements, prioritization, and technology delivery lifecycles is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data science, engineering, finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience supporting strategy, product management, transformation, technology, or AI initiatives is an advantage; exposure to financial services and knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, or AI governance are also beneficial.
