Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and day-to-day financial operations across its business entities. The role includes annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash and capital management, and oversight of accounting, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and consolidated reporting. The CFO will provide clear performance updates and recommendations to executive leadership, the board, and investors, while tracking key business metrics and supporting fundraising and financial diligence. The position also involves overseeing contract budgeting and project profitability, establishing scalable systems and internal controls, coordinating financial matters with external advisers, and building the finance function. Candidates should bring progressive finance leadership experience spanning financial planning, accounting oversight, cash management, and executive reporting. Experience supporting a growing technology or SaaS business and understanding recurring revenue models and business economics are important. Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, sound judgment, integrity, discretion, and the ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly are required. Experience with fundraising, investor diligence, government contracting finance, multiple legal entities, and consolidated reporting is valuable; a CPA, MBA, or comparable professional experience is also welcomed.
