Chief Operating Officer (COO), Reproductive Healthcare

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead execution of its strategy and scale the impact of its reproductive healthcare programs. The COO will oversee programs end to end, from launching and expanding new initiatives to growing established services, measuring results, and adapting offerings based on performance and changing needs. The role also includes managing operating finances, identifying and addressing operational gaps, and contributing to board processes. The COO will foster a mission-centered, accountable culture focused on measurable outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced builder and operator with a strong record of delivering results across multiple teams in a fast-changing environment. They should bring strategic and analytical capabilities, sound decision-making, and the ability to set priorities, metrics, and milestones aligned with organizational goals.
