Senior Vice President, Operations & Transformation

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations and Transformation to join its executive leadership team and help build the capacity, efficiency, and scalability needed to support organizational growth. The role translates strategy into execution by aligning operations and resources with priorities, improving processes and performance, and leading technology-enabled transformation. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic projects and enterprise programs, advancing operational excellence and automation, and leading digital banking, payments, and deposit operations. The executive will also lead member service operations, strengthening responsiveness, consistency, and the overall service experience. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience within a credit union, bank, or similarly complex organization. Relevant experience includes operations leadership, transformation, process improvement, technology-enabled change, or strategic execution, along with success leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change. The role requires deep knowledge of financial institution operations and technology-enabled service delivery, strong business, financial, and analytical capabilities, and exceptional executive communication and collaboration skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
