Senior Vice President, Retail & Small Business

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Retail and Small Business to provide executive leadership and drive strategic growth across consumer and small-business segments. Responsibilities include advancing organizational strategy and financial performance, developing leaders and succession capability, and growing, deepening, and retaining customer relationships. The role will lead retail operations and branch leadership, with a focus on deposits, lending, engagement, and customer experience. It will also build and lead small-business development efforts and establish community, business, and professional partnerships that create new relationship opportunities. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience in a credit union, bank, or comparable financial institution. Experience in retail banking, small-business banking, relationship management, or market development is required, along with demonstrated success growing consumer or business relationships. The role calls for deep knowledge of deposits, lending, and small-business financial services, as well as strong business and financial acumen. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
