Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance/Controller to oversee its financial operations and support financial growth and stability. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, the general ledger, and treasury, as well as preparing financial statements and regulatory reports. The role will establish financial policies and controls, lead budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with other leaders on financial strategy. It also includes analyzing results and cost-saving opportunities, coordinating fiscal reporting, and overseeing physical inventory, product costing, and profitability analysis. Candidates should have at least five years of senior financial management experience, preferably in distribution or manufacturing, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred. Required expertise includes financial planning, budgeting, reporting, bill of materials, manufacturing costs, and physical inventory. Applicants should be proficient with financial software and advanced spreadsheet tools, with strong analytical, leadership, communication, and team-management skills. The role also calls for sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work effectively amid complexity and ambiguity.
