Executive Director of Strategy, Planning, Partnerships & Communications (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Strategy, Planning, Partnerships and Communications to join its Board and shape the organization’s strategic direction. The role will lead the development and delivery of strategy, organizational planning, performance, communications, and engagement, ensuring priorities and investment decisions support sustainable growth and strong outcomes. The successful candidate will drive transformation and innovation, build partnerships across sectors, strengthen the organization’s profile, and advise senior leadership on strategic matters. The position also includes oversight of a charitable organization and responsibility for communicating the organization’s purpose and impact. Candidates should have a strong record of executive leadership at Board level in a comparably complex organization. Significant experience in strategy development, large-scale transformation, organizational planning, partnership working, business case development, and major capital project management is required.
