Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic, servant-hearted leadership for day-to-day operations and translate organizational vision into effective execution. The COO will guide senior leaders and cross-functional teams, strengthen operational performance, and help cultivate a trusted, exceptional workplace culture. The role calls for a leader who can align people and operations with organizational priorities while turning strategy into measurable results. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience guiding senior leaders and cross-functional teams, a strong financial and operational mindset, and a demonstrated record of translating strategy into results. A mature Christian faith and the emotional intelligence to build trust and lead with grace are also required.
