Vice President of Quality & Risk

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality and Risk to lead its clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategy. The role will establish quality goals, oversee patient care improvement initiatives, and align quality programs with organizational priorities. Responsibilities include analyzing clinical performance data, developing regulatory processes, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and accreditation standards, and collaborating with physicians and peer review committees. The successful candidate will also advance patient safety, service excellence, continuity of care, and operational performance. Candidates should have at least two years of quality experience and three years of leadership or management experience. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree in nursing or healthcare and a healthcare quality certification are preferred. An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Illinois and Basic Life Support certification are required.
