The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to own the product vision and roadmap for its trading operations, tying priorities to measurable improvements in user performance, efficiency, and risk management. The role will lead the development of AI-enabled agents that monitor activity, surface recommendations, prepare transactions, and automate operational workflows, while defining appropriate levels of autonomy and human oversight. Responsibilities include building trust through evaluation, safeguards, auditability, and clear handoffs; testing roadmap hypotheses; and deciding what to build, partner on, or discontinue. The VP will also lead a lean product team, work closely with engineering and risk partners, and develop an operating model that can scale across the Company. Candidates should have at least seven years of product management experience, including several years leading product and owning a roadmap end to end, with a record of delivering adopted products and measurable outcomes. They should bring hands-on experience with AI and agent-based products, sound judgment around autonomy and human oversight, and the technical depth to collaborate on architecture, data, and integrations. Strong communication and decision-making skills, credibility with expert users, and the ability to lead through ambiguity and changing priorities are essential. Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with trading, financial markets, or related operational systems are advantageous.
