Vice President, Treasury Management Service & Delivery Greater Chicago, IL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Treasury Management Service & Delivery to lead teams responsible for product management and client servicing. The role oversees commercial deposit and treasury product onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and service delivery, along with project rollouts, vendor performance, agreements, reporting, policies, and audit support. Responsibilities include setting team priorities, coaching staff, maintaining service coverage, and resolving escalated client and operational issues. The Vice President will also oversee quality control, identify recurring errors, coordinate corrective actions, and provide technical guidance to commercial client service teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience is preferred. The role calls for strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills, along with advanced knowledge of commercial client service policies, procedures, systems, and regulations. Extensive knowledge of commercial deposit and treasury products and experience training clients to use treasury services are important. Five or more years of business banking or treasury management experience, five or more years of management experience, and three or more years of product and project management experience are preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft applications is required.
