Associate Vice President, Advanced Markets Greater Cincinnati, OH Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Advanced Markets to provide specialized sales and technical support across its distribution channels. The role focuses on complex tax and legal strategies, case design, and planning related to estate planning, wealth accumulation and distribution, retirement, and business succession. Responsibilities include advising producers and clients, supporting advanced sales meetings and case management, developing marketing strategies and training, and communicating changes in planning concepts, tax laws, and regulations. The position also involves identifying growth opportunities, sharing product and service feedback, and reporting on consultation activity and case outcomes. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctorate or CPA and have demonstrated experience in advanced annuity and life insurance sales, or as an advanced markets advisor or consultant. Strong knowledge of advanced planning techniques, tax law, legal documents, and life insurance, along with research, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, is required. A relevant financial planning or industry designation, or commensurate experience, is required upon hire; specified securities and state insurance licenses must be obtained within nine months. Applicants should also have working knowledge of software applications and technology.
