Vice President of Delivery, Technology Staffing

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Delivery to lead and scale recruiting operations across technology staffing and, over time, executive search. Responsibilities include coaching and developing recruiters and managers, partnering with sales leadership to prioritize client needs, and improving recruiting processes, candidate quality, and delivery performance. The role owns delivery profitability, margins, and performance metrics, while building recruiting capacity and using technology and AI to improve efficiency. Candidates should have proven leadership experience in technology staffing, preferably in contract or on-demand staffing, and a track record of building and developing successful recruiting teams. Strong knowledge of recruiting operations, delivery metrics, and profitability is required, along with commercial judgment and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience in data, AI, engineering, or executive search is an advantage.
