Vice President of Investor Relations Greater Cincinnati, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to lead engagement with shareholders, prospective investors, analysts, and debt investors. The role will shape the company’s investment narrative, lead quarterly earnings communications, manage investor and analyst outreach, and advise senior leadership and the Board on market expectations, valuation, and shareholder sentiment. Responsibilities also include monitoring market activity, supporting governance and sustainability communications, ensuring disclosure compliance, and preparing investor messaging for major corporate events. The VP will build and develop the investor relations team and manage its budget and external vendor relationships. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, along with 12–15 or more years of relevant experience and significant investor relations leadership at a public company. Strong knowledge of financial statements, valuation, capital markets, and public-company disclosure requirements is required, as are excellent communication skills and credibility with senior executives, board members, and investors. English proficiency is required. An MBA or CFA, prior buy-side or sell-side experience, and experience with activist defense, Investor Days, or transaction communications are preferred.
