Associate Vice President, Business Banking & Direct Corporate

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead the development and growth of general insurance business through strategic partnerships, internal collaboration, and business banking channels. Responsibilities include setting strategic direction, developing team members, managing stakeholder relationships, growing and optimizing the direct portfolio, and leading integrated marketing campaigns and tender opportunities. The role also oversees campaign execution, performance tracking, and budget management, while supporting underwriting decisions, pricing, portfolio profitability, and reinsurance arrangements. In addition, the successful candidate will drive process improvements and digitalization across policy fulfillment, campaign management, and customer engagement. Applicants should hold at least a degree, with a professional insurance qualification preferred, and have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Required insurance certifications include BCP, PGI, CGI, and HI. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role also calls for a collaborative, adaptable team player who can multitask and work independently.
