Vice President, Japanese Corporate Banking

The Company is seeking a Vice President to manage corporate client relationships and develop business across Western India. Responsibilities include originating new clients and transactions, negotiating deal terms, supporting credit proposals and cash-flow models, and monitoring client accounts for business opportunities and early warning signs. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver client services, managing portfolio and operational matters, and ensuring transactions and documentation meet applicable requirements. The Vice President will contribute to business targets, process improvements, risk management, and ongoing compliance. Candidates should have at least 15 years of banking industry experience and an MBA or Chartered Accountant qualification. Relevant financial-sector knowledge, administrative support experience, quantitative and numeracy skills, and strong interpersonal abilities are required. The role calls for sound understanding of corporate banking activities, credit processes, and applicable policies and regulations.
