Senior Vice President of AI, Data & Analytics

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of AI, Data, and Analytics to lead enterprise data and AI strategy. The role will define and align data, analytics, data science, and machine learning initiatives with business priorities, while establishing governance, data quality, security, and stewardship practices. The executive will guide the design and evolution of data architecture and AI-ready platforms, and integrate analytics and AI solutions into operational systems. Responsibilities also include partnering with senior leaders to apply insights to business decisions and building, mentoring, and empowering high-performing data teams. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, and analytics, including five or more years in leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Required expertise includes AI and machine learning, MLOps, agentic AI, enterprise integrations, Python, SQL, data warehousing, big data technologies, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. An advanced degree and experience leading AI and data transformation in a multi-site, customer-focused environment are preferred.
