Interim Senior Director, Construction Projects Greater Denver, CO Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Construction Projects to lead major construction and renovation projects across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include directing project teams and design and construction partners, advising facility leadership, and managing budgets, schedules, scope, quality, and resources. The role oversees cost estimates, bids, contracts, payment applications, and change orders while identifying and mitigating risks that could affect operations or project delivery. The Senior Director also ensures compliance with safety, building codes, and regulatory requirements, and helps develop consistent project practices and support other project leaders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, along with at least five years of progressively responsible management experience, including two years in a healthcare system or a large, complex organization. The role requires expert knowledge in the relevant area, a record of achieving organizational goals, and strong skills in financial and budget management, stakeholder partnership, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership.
