Dean of the College of Health Sciences

The Company seeks a Dean to lead and shape its developing College of Health Sciences, setting a clear vision and guiding sustainable growth. The Dean will support academic programs, enrollment and retention, accreditation, faculty development, research, and scholarly activity. Working with faculty, staff, students, healthcare organizations, and community partners, the Dean will foster interdisciplinary collaboration and strengthen clinical and community partnerships. The role also calls for a visible, student-centered leader who advocates for the college and builds on its existing momentum. Candidates should hold a Ph.D., clinical doctorate, or other terminal degree in a relevant discipline, along with appropriate academic and administrative experience. A distinguished record of teaching, research, and service commensurate with appointment as a tenured full professor is preferred. The successful candidate will bring knowledge of contemporary healthcare education, respect for accreditation and professional standards, and a collaborative, participatory leadership approach. They should also be prepared to champion faculty achievement and advance scholarship across health disciplines.
