Head of School

The Company seeks a Head of School to provide educational, administrative, and spiritual leadership for a preschool-through-grade-12 program. The role includes advancing a Christ-centered mission, guiding strategic planning and academic improvement, and ensuring curriculum and instruction support strong student outcomes. The Head of School oversees personnel, operations, financial stewardship, fundraising, communications, enrollment, and relationships with the board, families, and community. The leader will also foster an inclusive, welcoming culture and strengthen partnerships with the affiliated church and other stakeholders. Candidates must hold a master’s or advanced degree in Educational Leadership and bring 5–10 years of Christian school leadership experience, including budget oversight, along with 5–10 years of classroom teaching experience and demonstrated expertise in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Experience in Christian education, biblical worldview integration, diverse educational settings, and fundraising is valued. The role calls for mature Christian faith, cultural competence, strong instructional and operational leadership, and the ability to use data to guide improvement. Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a collaborative, servant-minded leadership style are essential.
