Vice President of Construction

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead construction operations across its project portfolio. The role oversees project delivery, budgets, forecasts, margins, safety, and quality, while establishing consistent standards and processes across teams. The successful candidate will lead and develop project executives, project managers, and superintendents, and oversee preconstruction activities. They will also help scale operations while supporting profitable delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Candidates should have at least 15 years of construction experience, including senior operations leadership with a general contractor or builder. A record of profitable project delivery and strong financial, contract, and people leadership skills are required. Experience developing processes and scaling teams is also important. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
