Senior Vice President of Global Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Operations to lead a complex international manufacturing and supply chain organization. The role oversees end-to-end operations across multiple facilities, including manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. The successful candidate will develop strategies that support growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and scalability, while driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost. Responsibilities also include leading sales and operations planning, demand planning, and inventory optimization, and evaluating automation, capacity expansion, and other operational investments. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management, including success leading multi-site operations across domestic and international facilities. Deep expertise in manufacturing, sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, and customer fulfillment is required. Strong business and financial acumen, a record of operational improvement and organizational transformation, and experience partnering with executive leadership are essential. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence is preferred.
