Executive Director, Patient Care Services Greater Greenville, NC Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Patient Care Services to lead assigned areas and deliver short- and long-term operational goals. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, managing budgets and resources, and setting expectations and performance measures for managers and staff. The role monitors outcomes such as patient satisfaction, staff engagement, productivity, resource use, and quality, and develops action plans for continuous improvement. The Executive Director also ensures adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, supports operational excellence, and fosters effective communication among staff, physicians, and organizational leaders. Candidates must hold a master’s degree; a PhD is preferred. The position requires five to seven years of experience and an active registered nurse (RN) license in North Carolina. Strong leadership, financial and resource management, performance monitoring, and change-management capabilities are important. The successful candidate will also be able to build collaborative relationships and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
