Executive Director, VBC Analytics Shared Services, Reporting & Technology Greater Hartford, CT Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to set the strategic direction and lead the modernization of enterprise value-based care analytics, reporting, data assets, and supporting technology. The role oversees shared services, data infrastructure, reporting platforms, provider performance insights, and contract administration capabilities across multiple lines of business. Responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing analytics organization, establishing reporting standards and governance, and enabling timely, actionable insights for executives, operations, and providers. The Executive Director will partner across clinical, network, finance, technology, and operational functions to advance value-based care, improve performance, and guide technology investments, vendor relationships, and innovation. Candidates should have at least 15 years of relevant healthcare, managed care, analytics, provider reimbursement, or value-based care leadership experience, including accountability for business results, and at least five years leading managers and professional teams. Deep expertise in value-based care program design, provider performance management, healthcare analytics and reporting, contracting, reimbursement, quality measurement, and population health is required. Applicants should also bring experience leading large-scale data, reporting, technology, or analytics transformations and the ability to influence across complex organizations while balancing operational performance with long-term innovation. A bachelor’s degree is required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
