Chief of Staff Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic and operational partner to an executive leader, helping advance priorities across global markets and marketing. The role translates strategy into operating plans, leads complex cross-functional initiatives, and supports market expansion, business performance, and investment decisions through analysis and recommendations. Responsibilities include establishing planning and review processes, developing dashboards and executive materials, tracking decisions and commitments, and identifying risks and dependencies. The Chief of Staff will also connect regional leaders and functional teams, resolve barriers to execution, and lead special projects from problem definition through measurable outcomes. Candidates should bring experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, finance, technology, or a similarly analytical environment, along with a record of partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong commercial judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop business cases and executive-level recommendations are essential. The role requires excellent communication, executive presence, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and change. Professional fluency in English is required; experience with international expansion, regulated industries, or market growth strategies is an advantage.
