Vice President, Business Management, Global Markets

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Management to drive strategic initiatives, transformation, and organizational change across its regional markets business. The role partners with senior stakeholders, leads cross-functional change programs, and connects business teams with operational and control functions to support effective execution. Responsibilities include improving operating models and processes, establishing governance and project oversight, identifying opportunities to strengthen efficiency and controls, and advising senior leaders. The successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams and coordinate teams across regional and global functions. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in investment banking or capital markets, with a background in business management, strategy, transformation, program management, or consulting. A strong understanding of markets products, particularly equities or fixed income, and experience partnering with front-office teams are required. Applicants should have a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional change initiatives and be skilled at influencing senior stakeholders. Commercial judgment, knowledge of governance and operating models, and experience working across matrixed regional and global teams are also important.
