Vice President, Capital Introductions Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Capital Introductions to develop relationships with hedge fund managers and investors across the Asia-Pacific region. The role involves advising Asia-based hedge funds on market positioning and fundraising strategy, pitching prospective clients, and strengthening existing manager relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating globally on fundraising efforts, arranging investor introductions and roadshows, and organizing capital-raising events. The successful candidate will also build allocator relationships, understand their investment needs, and provide relevant market insights. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and at least four years of relevant experience in prime services, hedge fund marketing or sales, investment banking, or alternative products. A strong understanding of the hedge fund industry, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are required. The role also calls for strong organization, motivation, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. Mandarin proficiency is essential.
