Vice President, Infrastructure Automation & AI Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and AI initiatives, including the development and operation of agentic infrastructure. The role will define the strategy and roadmap for enterprise automation, platform modernization, resiliency, and engineering productivity, partnering with technology, architecture, security, risk, and AI teams. Responsibilities include overseeing platform reliability and operational excellence, expanding self-service and agent-driven workflows, and ensuring strong governance, cybersecurity controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. The Vice President will lead globally distributed teams and communicate strategy to stakeholders across the organization. Candidates should have 20 or more years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, or enterprise technology, with demonstrated leadership in agentic infrastructure, automation, modernization, and operational transformation. Strong technical expertise is required in AI application and agent development, APIs, platform engineering, Terraform, Ansible, cloud and private cloud, Windows and Linux, configuration management, and ServiceNow automation. Experience with developer experience tools, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, technology risk, and resiliency is also important. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and influencing skills are essential.
