Vice President, Privileged Access Management Engineer, Delinea Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking a hands-on Vice President, Privileged Access Management Engineer to operate and enhance its privileged access environment. Responsibilities include maintaining platform health, resolving credential and rotation failures, conducting root-cause analysis, and managing the full lifecycle of privileged credentials. The role partners with credential owners and application teams to migrate static credentials to vaulted, rotating credentials, and integrates enterprise systems with the access vault. It also includes applying updates, documenting procedures, supporting incidents and on-call coverage, and guiding and mentoring team members while coordinating work across technical stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of cybersecurity experience, including 10 years in privileged access management and five years with the relevant platform; 14 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree. Required expertise includes privileged access tools and capabilities, credential lifecycle management, operational support, incident response, and system integrations. Strong PowerShell skills are preferred, along with experience in Python, CI/CD automation, basic SQL, Windows and Active Directory, and Linux shell scripting. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential.
