The Company is seeking a Vice President, IT Business Lead Analyst to connect business users and technology teams, translating requirements into clear, actionable information. The role contributes to planning and delivery of complex technology initiatives by defining system scope and objectives, identifying risks and mitigations, and recommending system enhancements. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes and performance, developing solutions that inform strategic decisions, and coordinating with business clients and multiple teams. The successful candidate will also oversee day-to-day staff matters, including resource allocation, work assignments, and coaching, while supporting compliance and effective risk management. Candidates should have 6–10 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, including technical business analysis experience and a background in banking. Required skills include knowledge of business analysis principles and the software development lifecycle, proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office, and strong Excel skills for data analysis; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
