Head of Finance, Manufacturing

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee its financial operations and help shape long-term business strategy. Responsibilities include managing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, cash flow, capital expenditure, and investment activities, while maintaining strong internal controls and risk management. The role partners with department leaders to provide financial analysis and recommendations, leads and develops the finance team, and prepares clear, reliable reports for senior stakeholders. The Head of Finance also manages audit and regulatory relationships, drives process improvements, and provides financial guidance during organizational change. Candidates should have senior finance experience in a large organization, including responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. They should bring strong knowledge of local regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards, along with experience managing audits and relationships with regulators or financial institutions. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to mentor teams, collaborate across functions, and support change initiatives. Professional working fluency in English and proficiency with relevant financial software are also required.
