Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day-to-day operations across its programs and locations. The COO will translate organizational strategy into consistent execution, set operating standards, and hold divisional leaders accountable for safe, compliant, high-quality, and budget-conscious performance. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, processes, and resource allocation; addressing operational challenges and their root causes; and leading improvement efforts across multiple service lines. The role also involves guiding leaders through change, strengthening accountability systems, and overseeing operational policies and procedures. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive operations leadership, including five years at a senior leadership level overseeing multiple sites or service lines, is required. Experience with 24/7 or multi-site operations, large hourly workforces, full budget accountability, and highly regulated environments is strongly valued. Applicants should demonstrate success improving underperforming operations and leading audits, surveys, and corrective actions; training or experience in a structured improvement method is preferred.
