Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to establish and lead its engineering function across multiple manufacturing plants. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on oversight of technical operations, including safety, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in processes and product quality. The CTO will lead major engineering and capital projects from feasibility through commissioning, set engineering standards and governance, and build the team through hiring and capability development. The position also champions sustainability, safety, and innovation while ensuring operations meet applicable regulatory and certification requirements. Candidates should hold a degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and have strong experience in manufacturing, process industries, or plant operations. At least five years of managerial experience and a track record of delivering complex engineering projects and building high-performing teams are required. Experience in palm oil, oleochemical, biodiesel refining, or similar processing environments is advantageous. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, hands-on leader who can establish effective structures and standards in a greenfield environment.
