Vice President, Senior Managing Counsel, Global Competition Law Compliance

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Senior Managing Counsel for Global Competition Law Compliance to lead its global competition and antitrust compliance policy. The role includes assessing compliance risks, designing controls, and establishing monitoring and testing programs to evaluate policy effectiveness. The successful candidate will develop training and communications, report to senior leadership and relevant committees, and identify opportunities to improve processes through technology. They will also advise business leaders, support regulatory investigations, and work with legal and business teams to assess products, services, and technologies for compliance with competition laws. Candidates should have substantial antitrust and competition law experience as both outside and in-house counsel, with a deep understanding of U.S. and EU competition laws. Prior responsibility for developing and implementing regional or global in-house compliance programs is required. Strong project management, process improvement, and communication skills are essential, along with sound strategic judgment, a business-focused approach, and executive presence. The role also requires adherence to information security practices and completion of required security training.
