Executive Director of Retail Management & Campus Hospitality

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Retail Management and Campus Hospitality to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a diverse portfolio of retail, dining, catering, conference, event, and other auxiliary services. The role is responsible for developing a unified hospitality strategy, preparing business plans, identifying revenue opportunities, and overseeing budgets, financial performance, pricing, and capital planning. The Executive Director will lead service quality, marketing, customer experience, technology adoption, compliance, and risk management across business units. Responsibilities also include supervising and developing professional and student employees, improving operations through data and performance measures, and ensuring services support the broader campus experience and financial sustainability. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and seven to ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in hospitality, retail, dining, auxiliary services, or comparable multi-unit operations. Demonstrated expertise in complex budgets and financial operations, staff supervision, revenue growth, operational improvement, and customer service is required. A master’s degree and experience in higher education auxiliary services, self-operated dining or retail, conference and event management, or relevant operational systems are preferred.
